Guessing Screen Unseen 1/8

Update: It was Origin. 4-4!!

Regal and AMC’s next mystery movie is on the 8th this month, and I love to try and guess what it will be. I’ve been to all three of these that AMC has had since they started in November. I am also 3-3 on my guesses (Next Goal Wins, American Fiction, and Boys in the Boat). So, it’s time to try and go 4-4.

The next movie will be PG-13, and 2 hours, 20 minutes. That doesn’t left us with many options. The only ones to my knowledge are:

First, I think we can cross out Mean Girls on the list. Mean Girls is a little too big to be the mystery movie, and it opens Thursday. Lift would be a good guess, but Netflix hasn’t been part of the mystery movies since Regal started in 2022.

That leaves Origin and Argylle. Argylle seems too far away from its release (4 weeks from today), so I guess that means Origin is my guess this time. I’ll find out if I’m right on Monday……
