This year’s Golden Globes awards are now in the past, so it is time to see how I did in my predictions. Admittedly, most of the the picks weren’t hard to guess. Oppenheimer is going to win a lot of awards between now and the Oscars in March. With Boy and the Heron winning Best Animated, it gives Studio Ghilbi their first Globe. So that is something. Also, it was nice to see Anatomy of a Fall win Best Screenplay. Overall, 11-4 on my picks, but I have to think the picks for the Oscars will be harder to make. Those nominations will be announced in two weeks on the 25th.
